Historically, upwards of 22,000 guests spend at least one night in university residence halls during the summer.  Do to the high demand of residence hall space, we request that reservations are submitted to the Assistant Director of Residence Life, Christopher Haug (chaug@nd.edu), at least 18 months in advance of a group’s anticipated arrival.  You will receive a confirmation of reservation once the hall availability is confirmed (typically 7 months prior to the start of the summer session).  Please include the FOAPAL with each reservation.
